With years of clinical experience across high-volume oncology centres, he is recognised for his precision in diagnostic imaging and his leadership in advancing novel theranostic approaches.

A graduate of MBBS, followed by specialized training in DRM and DNB (Nuclear Medicine), Dr. Gauba has developed deep expertise in FDG, PSMA, DOTATATE PET/CT, SPECT/CT applications, and quantitative imaging. His clinical interests include Lu-177 DOTATATE, Lu-177 PSMA therapy, I-131 treatments, Y-90 procedures, and multidisciplinary integration of nuclear medicine with oncology, radiology, and radiation oncology.

Known for his clarity in teaching and practical approach to imaging interpretation, Dr. Gauba has trained numerous residents and fellows in recognizing physiological variants, avoiding interpretive errors, and applying standardised reporting systems such as Deauville, PERCIST, PSMA-RADS, and Krenning scoring.
